Usually the first voice a property manager hears when they call, and spends a lot of her time watching the weather forecast alongside the job calendar.
Beyond our leadership team, our field crews run the day-to-day spray, squeegee, and crack-filling work across the Wichita metro. Every crew member works out of our Wichita yard and is trained on proper sealer mixing, crack-fill sequencing, and weather-based scheduling for Kansas conditions.
